I am very intrigued by these (in a good way lol) because of the sour cream! I have pinned it - if I don't try them this year I will next year. I still have dough left in the fridge from the others - I cannot bake all the dough or I will eat them ALL lol

I get that. Sugar cookies are just too good--especially with coffee.
Yeah, the sour cream I think can be replaced with buttermilk. It helps make the cookies soft.
